Shipping policy

Gin Coutre strives to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: 1 - 2 business days. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
• Shipping time: Within Canada: Usually takes 1 to 4 business days depending on where in Canada the package is destined to. US orders typically take 3 - 4 business days.
• Shipping rate: We offer free shipping for orders above $100 CAD. For orders under $100 CAD, we offer you shipping rate provided by Canada Post.
